If you access the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

What this website is

This website describes the RupeeBiz platform and the embedded Recharge and Bill Payment services we offer to business partners. It is informational. It is not an offer, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or entitle you to access the platform. Commercial terms take effect only when a separate written agreement is executed with RupeeBiz.

The partner portal at www.rupeebiz.com/login is a separate system with its own access terms.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own business evaluation. You must not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• copy, republish or commercially exploit its content without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the site;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details;
• submit false, misleading or third-party information through our forms without authority;
• impersonate RupeeBiz or misrepresent your relationship with us.

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out prohibited conduct in more detail and applies to the platform and APIs as well as this site.

Intellectual property

The RupeeBiz name and logo, the design, text, graphics, software and arrangement of this website, and the platform documentation, are owned by RupeeBiz or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this site transfers any right, title or interest in them to you.

Third-party names, operator names and biller names appear only for identification and remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy of content

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but the content is provided for general information. Service descriptions, integration options, supported billers and indicative timelines may change. Any figures produced by the calculators, advisors or simulators on this site are illustrative only, are based on the inputs supplied and do not represent a projection, promise or guarantee of any outcome.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability arising under a partner or developer agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites and resources. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content, products, privacy practices or availability, and your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RupeeBiz harmless against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

Suspension of access

We may restrict or withdraw access to the website, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where restriction is necessary to protect the site or its users.

Governing law and jurisdiction
